ARE WE SEEING CORRECTLY?
This morning, with our first cup of coffee, pause with me, close your eyes to envision sitting on a large, sloped, grass hill, that slowly moves up from the sea. You are one of hundreds, like me, who have gathered to hear from Jesus!
QUESTION: But why have you gathered here? Is it because you have heard and seen “the signs”?
OR are you here because you come each morning, not because of the signs you have been seeing and hearing from Pastor Jerry’s battle with brain cancer, but because you strongly desire to experience the power of the Holy Spirit who is at work behind the battle of Pastor Jerry’s brain cancer and who you see is at work in other people’s lives? Perhaps you come each morning simply because of your love for Pastor Jerry, and in being present you are experiencing an awakening of the Holy Spirit in your own life and soul!
Yes, brothers and sisters, Jesus has anointed this sacred place! One of HIS main desires for these pastoral reflections, which HE has made clear to me, is that it is time for my children to begin to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit once again! “Jerry I am at work right now throughout the world. I am bringing renewal and revival in many places where hearts are willing, and minds are ready to allow them to get out of their comfort boat and come walk with me on the water!!!”
P:L:E:A:S:E HEAR: the Holy Spirit right now is bubbling up mightily, like an ever flowing, fresh, spring of living water! Are you ready? Are you willing to be all in with Jesus?
If so, you may be asking, what do I do? Great question! So, first let me be specific, there is no one special way to pray right now to receive this fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit, it does not exist! Trust me when I say this, whatever you are willing to ask of Jesus right now now, while being authentically honest and transparent with HIM, HE will GLADLY receive!
HEADS UP! Please know this, in fact, be PREPARED to receive the fresh anointing of the power of the HOLY SPIRIT. He will rock your boat, and He will draw you to walk on the water, so you will need some time to process this spiritual tsunami! I’m just saying, whatever you had scheduled after this morning’s first cup of coffee, just got shattered and drastically changed!

So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost.” Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten. Then those men, when they had SEEN the SIGN that Jesus did, said, “This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world!”

I see me, as I battle the brain cancer, as this boy needing healing! I am yielding my all! I am trusting the Holy Spirit to show up BIG time and raise up this coastal boy from the depths of the ocean into the light of the seashore, to proclaim with JOY the power of the anointing and real presence of the Holy Spirit!
QUESTION: Are you ready to receive a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit? Believe, and know HE is ready to rock your boat!
